In July this year, we launched a brand new Swoffers initiative, Swoffers First. Aimed at helping first-time buyers not only find suitable properties but also help them understand what mortgage options are available, Swoffers First is providing a boost to the Local Market and the entry-level housing sector. We have worked very closely with Swoffers Estate Agents for over 15 years so, when numerous reports appeared about Guernsey’s housing market, we knew that there was positivity in the market and it was the right time to innovate and inject some much needed energy into the sector.
Teaming up with SPF Private Clients Limited, Swoffers and Hamilton Brooke created not just an integrated campaign but a whole new service. Working towards the launch day of 1 July 2015, we designed, produced and implemented a full scale strategy which included the launch of a new webpage, all new print and online materials, PR, social media and even a new suite of special advert designs showing Swoffers First ‘badges’ making first-time buyer properties easier to identify.
Swoffers is already reaping the rewards with increased numbers of first-time buyer houses now under offer and more on the way.
