We’re thrilled to bits that the website we designed and developed for Cooper Brouard has won an award for ‘Real Estate Agency Website for the United Kingdom’ at The International Property Awards.

On the surface the website is slick and stylish but it’s also intuitive to use and with a visual style that makes everyone feel comfortable, whether they are a first-time buyer or a high end Open Market purchaser.

However, it’s behind the scenes where the website really comes into its own. The standard estate agency CRM systems were clunky, expensive and limiting to use, particularly in Guernsey where our housing market is different, so we built a brand new CRM for the back end, this integrates easily with the website so removes any obstacles to design and makes for a smoother, simpler and much more enjoyable experience for admin and end users alike.
