The aim was to develop a sleek, speedy website that showcased properties to their absolute best and was instinctive for visitors to use, enabling them to easily access all of the property details and information they could need.
The new front-end of the website is bright, fresh and clean. Images are automatically scaled to size ensuring the best reproduction without compromising loading speed, so the results are bright and punchy with no hanging around! Optimised across all browsers and devices, the website is intuitive to use and also allows users to register online to receive property updates and book viewings.
However, the extra special part of this new website is ‘under the hood’. The previous CRM system was powered by standard estate agent software designed for the UK property market. Clunky and inflexible, it didn’t allow for the idiosyncrasies of the Guernsey market and didn’t integrate with the website CMS or email platforms. Hamilton Brooke developed a new bespoke system that seamlessly joined the CRM with the website content management system, ensuring that the Cooper Brouard team had all of their resources in one place. The new system is exceptionally user-friendly meaning that properties can be brought to market even faster and property matches made more effectively.
